Returns & Exchanges

At The Official BOOX Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-paper device; if you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Submit a Return Request

  Log into your account or visit our Support Center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a unique RMA number and the designated return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your BOOX device in its original box, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the device for any damages, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
